Records can be delivered from a variety of sources including hospitals, pharmacies, insurance companies, and outside Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems. While there are currently no domestic or international IT standards for interoperability, YourMedChart is adaptable to a variety of platforms based on a client’s needs.
